|2 = Magnus greets the Farmer outside the farm. The Ferngill Republic Ministry of Magic has taken an interest in the Farmer and Magnus has been instructed to teach them magic. He asks the Farmer to meet him at his tower.
Magnus has prepared a new elixir to help the Farmer tap further into their magic potential. The potion gives the Farmer the ability to create warp runes and Magnus begins training in their use immediately. The Farmer excels in training, prompting Magnus to move to the next phase. They must create a new 'Nexus'. He asks the Farmer to meet him at the woods behind the farm.
When the Farmer arrives, Magnus is already at the Backwoods behind the farm. He instructs the Farmer to follow him up a new stairway that has appeared. Above the cliffside is an enchanted grove where mana is increased. Together, Magnus and the Farmer combine their magic to alter the flow of time within the Enchanted Grove. This new pocket outside of time pauses the seasons, weather, and shields the spot from outsiders.
Afterward, Magnus says the next step is to create the nexus warp points within the grove. He takes the Farmer back to his tower basement where he explains an object formed within a location is necessary to create the warp connection. Magnus produces a potion he created earlier within the tower, and instructs the Farmer to place it on a portal within his warp hall and summon a warp rune.
When it is successfully completed, Magnus tells the Farmer to step on the rune and teleport back to the Nexus. He follows, commenting positively on the successful nexus point created at the Enchanted Grove. Magnus tells the Farmer to seek out other locations to expand the Nexus, and warns of a colleague of his who will soon pay a visit.
Marlon greets the Farmer and learns they wish to create a Nexus point near the Adventurer's Guild. He has an idea for an item and gives the Farmer a green rupee. Marlon takes the Farmer outside and directs them to a spot across the nearby stream. When the warp rune is finished, Marlon tells the Farmer to come back across the stream and help build a small bridge.
Player has seen Enchanted Grove Part 3 event. Only compatible with Grandpa's Farm, IF2R, Frontier Farm, and canon farm maps.
Description: A Quality Parsnip
In the early morning, the Farmer exits the farmhouse and quietly creates a warp rune on the farm using a parsnip. A parsnip is not required to be in the inventory for this Nexus point.
Note: This warp point only appears on Grandpa's Farm, Immersive Farm 2 Remastered, the Forest, Hilltop, Riverland, Wilderness, and Beach farms, and FourCorners.
Player has seen Enchanted Grove Part 3 event, completed the Community Center, and met Apples once. One day must pass after meeting Apples.
Description: Iridium Quality Grape Juice
Apples is excited to see the Farmer and happy to help with their Nexus if it means seeing each other more often. Apples takes them downstairs and hands over a bottle of "old grape juice". The Farmer proceeds to make a warp rune near Apple's hut using the forgotten bottle of Aurora Vineyard wine. Apples is happy over the shiny rune now in the basement and declares that Apples-friend will visit more now.
Player has seen Enchanted Grove Part 3 event, and seen the entry event when entering Sprite Spring once already and slept at least one day.
Description: A Bouquet of Flowers
Angelica and Claus greet the Farmer again. Angelica senses a change in the Farmer from the potion Magnus had them drink. Claus knows if Magnus taught them warp magic, they've come to create a warp rune. Angelica gives the Farmer a bouquet of tulips grown at the spring and Claus says to swim to the other side. There, the Farmer creates a new warp rune to the Nexus point at Enchanted Grove.
Player has seen Enchanted Grove Part 3 event, and has completed the Community Center. Must have seen the cutscene when entering Junimo Woods for the first time and slept at least one day.
Description: An Ancient Junimo Scroll
Peaches meets the Farmer near the entrance to Junimo Woods and gives them an ancient junimo scroll. Peaches takes the Farmer back through the forest maze to the village. All the villagers gather around while the warp point is created, jumping and meeping happily all the while.
Player has seen Enchanted Grove Part 3 event, Nexus: Emerald (Adventurer's Guild), and Nexus: Bouquet (Sprite Spring) events, and have seen Marlon's Galaxy Sword event. If uses SVE or canon farms, the player has seen Nexus: Parsnip (Farmhouse). If Community Center route, player has also seen Nexus: Grape Juice (Aurora Vineyard), and Nexus: Ancient Scroll (Junimo Woods) events.
Note: In year 3+, this event will automatically trigger on the 28th day of the current season once the player has seen the Enchanted Grove Part 3 event.
Description: A Swirl Stone
Once all the other Nexus "points" are created (Joja = 4 points created / Community Center = 6 points created) and at least one day has passed, Camilla will knock on the front door after the Farmer has re-entered the farmhouse. She briefly says hello before stepping forward and teleporting them both away. They appear at the Farmer's Nexus in Enchanted Grove. Camilla compliments the beauty of the Farmer's Nexus and asks forgiveness for the sudden kidnapping. Important things are happening and she asks this time if the Farmer will come with her.
They teleport again, this time appearing at a tower on top of a cliff in a windswept desert. This is Castle Village Outpost on the continent of Galdora. It stands on the edge of the Crimson Badlands a terrible wasteland formed from an ancient curse. Camilla directs the Farmer to make their warp rune, handing over a Swirl Stone formed naturally within the badlands. After the warp rune is finished, she warps the Farmer back to their farm, but only after suggesting they return and lend Castle Village their aid in fighting the monsters of the Crimson Badlands.
A prominent bug may occur in multiplayer games where some players are unable to trigger the first Enchanted Grove event despite fulfilling all prerequisites.
One possible cause is how the game handles the acquisition and check for whether a player has the galaxy sword. Only one player may technically trigger the galaxy sword event by bringing a prismatic shard to the 3 pillars in the desert. Afterwards, remaining players will be unable to do the same. The following manual edit was done to fix this in one player's save. In this scenario, only the host in a multiplayer game was able to get the enchanted grove event. The second player farm hand was only able to merely purchase the galaxy sword and fulfilled all other requirements, yet was still unable to get the event.
The mod's data about these requirements can be viewed in the mod folder at a location like this: C:\Steam\steamapps\common\Stardew Valley\Mods\Stardew Valley Expanded\[CP] Stardew Valley Expanded\code\OtherEvents\EnchantedGrove.json The json revealed that the first event needs 3 event IDs 7502582, 8050109, 6951319 as well as the flag "galaxySword"- the crux of the problem in this case.
The save file on the host was edited with notepad++ at a location like: C:\Users\myusername\AppData\Roaming\StardewValley\Saves\MyFarmName_12345678\MyFarmName_12345678 The save file has a set of xml elements <eventsSeen> and <mailReceived> for each player (the host's is first). By checking for the event ids above in the former and the <string>galaxySword<string> subelement in the latter, you can confirm what characters have the prerequistes recorded.
